We process all of our payments by direct debit via our payment partner GoCardless.

Payment will be taken 3-5 days days after every clean, it’s  NEVER processsed before your clean has been completed and will always leave your account after our 48 hour guarantee period, so we can be sure you’re completely happy with our work before you pay a penny. It’s safe & secure and your payments are protected by the direct debit guarantee.

This is NOT a recurring, automated direct debit. It can only be actioned manually after a clean has been completed. If we don’t clean, or you’re not happy, you don’t pay. It uses military graded encryption, is used by thousands of multi-million pound international companies and is super safe for all parties.

Our GOCARDLESS system is synchronised to our customer database for one click admin/accounting and because all other payment methods require cross referencing with the bank they are just too time consuming when dealing with hundreds of small customer payments every month, as I’m sure you can understand. This is why we have made the decision to only use GOCARDLESS.
